Sawbench turns a photo of a piece of furniture into a build plan. That requires holding on to a few things about you. This page says exactly which, where they sit, and how to make them go away. It describes what the software actually does — if something here ever stops matching the product, the page is the thing that is wrong.
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this site. Nothing follows you off it.
Three companies, each doing one job:
ap-south-1 (Mumbai).sin
(Singapore).Nobody else. Your photos and plans are not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or published. They are not used as examples without you being asked first.
Who can see your plans. Row-level security in the database scopes every
plan to the account that made it, so one user cannot read another's. A
/p/<id> link still requires sign-in as the owner — it is a deep
link, not a public share link.
Until you delete it. Deleting a plan in the app removes the record and its uploaded photos from storage. Nothing is kept on a schedule you cannot see, and there is no hidden archive.
Waitlist addresses are kept until the waitlist is closed or you ask to be removed.
Email hello@sawbench.ai and you can have, within 30 days:
No reason is required, and asking does not cost you access to anything you have not asked to delete.
Traffic is HTTPS only. Sessions use short-lived signed tokens issued by Supabase. Access is invite-only: an address nobody has invited gets no email and no account. API keys and database credentials live in the host's secret store, never in the code.
None of which is a guarantee — no one honest offers one. If something is ever breached in a way that affects you, you will be told what happened and when, not a paragraph of euphemism.
Sawbench is a tool for woodworking shops and is not directed at children under 16.
If this page changes in a way that affects what is collected or who sees it, the date at the top changes and anyone with an account is emailed. Quietly editing it is not a thing that will happen.
Questions, requests, or a mistake you have spotted: hello@sawbench.ai.
